Michele Lynnette Scott, is a native Memphian, born and raised in the heart of North ​Memphis. Graduate of Raleigh-Egypt High School, Michele quickly sought after career goals ​and aspirations, which were many! She later graduated from the University of Memphis with ​a bachelor’s degree as she continued her career in leadership as a Vice President in the ​financial institution industry. Desiring to broaden her career scope, she completed her ​Master’s Degree in Human Resource Management with a Professional HR Certification. In ​2017, She became the founder and CEO of One L Consulting, LLC, providing the most ​exclusive Human Resource and Employee Relations Services to small businesses and ​nonprofit organizations. She’s the mother of 3 sons, Curtis, Caylun, and Jamarison and she is ​sold out to God and the furthering of His Kingdom! Michele is a PROUD member of Delta ​Sigma Theta Sorority, Inc , Shelby County TN Alumnae Chapter, The Founder and CEO of ​BrickHouse Ministries she is REaDy to help YOU rebuild, restore and revive your house!
